Licence Categories
Category C1
Drive vehicles between 3,500 and 7,500kg MAM (with a trailer up to 750kg).
Category C
Drive vehicles over 3,500kg (with a trailer up to 750kg MAM).
Category C+E
Drive category C vehicles with a trailer over 750kg.
Category D1
Drive vehicles with no more than 16 passenger seats, a maximum length of 8 metres, and a trailer up to 750kg.
Meet Our Team
Led by owner and lead instructor Gary Stevenson, who first qualified as an instructor in the British Army at age 24 and passed his HGV test in 2005. Gary is a DVSA-recognised instructor, Mod 3a Assessor, and CPC Mod 4 Assessor with over two decades of professional driving and instruction experience.
Our team includes instructors Dan, Andy, Seamus, and Helen — offering both male and female instructors to ensure every student feels comfortable and supported.
We're proud to train drivers for the NHS and the Police, and our team's ability to not only teach but also inspire our students makes learning a rewarding experience.
